A record that probably names her, from the Pruzhany memorial book (Pinkes fun finf fartilikte kehiles: Pruzshene, Bereze, Maltsh, Shershev, Selts (1958)), says:

אויף דער צווייטער וואָך פון זייער אָנקומען האָבן זיי צוזאַמענגענומען 18 ייִדן … פרל. פּאָטאָלסקי ליבע … אַוועקגעפירט זיי און אויסגעשאָסן אין וואַלד ליאַכי, 2 קילאָמעטער פון פּרוזשענע.
In the second week after their arrival they rounded up 18 Jews … Miss Liba Potolsky … took them away and shot them in the Lachy forest, 2 kilometres from Pruzhany.
