The festivities of the 5th jubilee bazaar in Pruzhany. On Monday the 26th of this month the 5th jubilee bazaar opens in town. The Eretz Israel bazaar in Pruzhany is already more than a tradition. It is a longed-for holiday that recalls our devotion, our dream of a piece of land of our own, of a home of our own, and those who buy, and also the donors, put heart and soul into the work and the preparations for the bazaar; that is why the Eretz Israel bazaars are so interesting, so [unclear] and so successful. And if the earlier bazaars were distinguished by their interest, this year's bazaar is a double celebration — a jubilee bazaar. The decorations are completely new, artistically executed by Mr. Yitzchak Glezer, who spared no effort so that the public should truly enjoy it. A special artistic programme in Yiddish and Hebrew has been prepared. The kiosks are full of all kinds of exhibits collected in town and, above all, sent by respected firms from the whole country. We are sure that the Pruzhany public, young and old, will certainly visit the imposing, large, festive 5th jubilee bazaar of the Keren Kayemet. Every visitor to the bazaar will achieve 2 important goals — a pleasant time and helping to redeem land for our heroic pioneers in the Land of Israel.

Katzenelson's "The Maccabees" was staged, performed by the pupils of the 6th class. Also distinguished were the rhythmic dances of classes 1 and 2, as well as the Polish sketch "Maciuś". After the collective recitation "The Working Hands" the school choir sang a few fine numbers appropriate to the occasion.
